It is located in Zhouzhuang Town ¨C the powerful industrial town of Jiangyin City, closely next to the beautiful and rich Huaxi Village, enjoying the advantageous geography location and convenient transportation.
Since the company was established, it developed gradually every year in the scale. In 2006, new investment was made for the new plant area and new equipment. At present, it is equipped with three 750Kg air hammers, one 1000kg air hammer, four 5T cranes, five large saws, one 61125(type) lathe, four 6280(type) lathes, one digital control lathe.
With the complete production equipment and strong technology power, the company is able to provide products with superior quality and reasonable price and make timely delivery.
The company makes living relying on the quality and makes developing relying on the credit standing. Up to now, it has produced more than 300 kinds of forgings including valve forgings, die blank forgings, etc. The company can produce various forgings of carbon structure steel, high-quality carbon steel, low alloy steel, alloy structure steel, stainless refractory steel, according to the requirement of customers, which are widely used for such industries as valve, petroleum, chemistry, electric power, metallurgy, pressure vessel and coal, etc.
The annual production capacity reaches 5000 tons. All products can meet the requirement of standard specification and be traced backward according to original records and identification. The process including contract review, raw material purchasing, working plan making and issuing, is seriously controlled. The material commonly used by the company are A105, LF2, Q235, 20#, 45#, 16Mn, high carbon, medium carbon and low carbon steel, 321, 304, 316,316L, etc.
